2020 BOW Convention and Banquet
MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE 20TH & 21ST OF MARCH TO COME TO SHERIDAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BOWHUNTERS OF WYOMING CONVENTION – ALL EVENTS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. A TIME FOR ALL BOWHUNTERS TO SEE WHAT BOW IS ABOUT. WE HAVE A GREAT TIME, LOTS OF FUN, AND A PLACE TO MEET AND DISCUSS BOWHUNTING WITH LIKE MINDED BOWHUNTERS. HOPE TO SEE YOU IN SHERIDAN.

Noon –Start setting up display panels, BOW merchandise, Receive trophies and donations, Vendor booth setup
4 – 6 pm Executive Council meeting
6pm – Icebreaker, Cash bar & bottomless beer glasses, Games,
Vendor Booths, Big Game Trophy Display, mini Silent Auction,
Visit with old friends and meet new attendees
Saturday, March 21st
8 am – 4 pm Big Game Trophy Display, Vendor Booths & Poker Run
8:30 am – Noon BOW General Business meeting

Noon – 1:15 pm Lunch on your own
Noon – 6pm Vendor Booths and BOW merchandise & ticket sales

TROPHY DISPLAY – All current members of B.O.W. are urged to bring their trophy mounts, skulls, horns, etc to be displayed at the Convention. Animals must have been taken with a bow and the hunter must have been a BOW member at the time of harvest and shall not have been previously displayed at a B.O.W. event. Each trophy displayed will be entered in a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to Sportsman’s Warehouse furnished by B.O.W.
LADIES DOWNTOWN POKER RUN – Open to all Convention attendees – map and list of participating merchants will be available at the convention. Cards are to be picked up at the different merchants and the best hand formed at the banquet will win a prize.
POOP GUESS – A contest for a guess at the number of pellets in a container displayed at the Banquet will be available. Each banquet attendee gets one guess and the closest to the correct total will win $50 from B.O.W.

GAMES – Several different games (Corn hole, Ring toss, High/Low Cards, etc) will be held during the evening on Friday and also between the seminars and the banquet on Saturday
