2019 BOW Convention and Banquet
Join us in Cheyenne, Wyoming for the next BOW Convention to be held March 22-23 at the Red Lion!  Our Saturday evening banquet guest speaker will be Wayne Carlton!

ROOM RESERVATIONS

The convention will be held at the Red Lion Hotel, 240 West Fox Farm Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming.

For room reservations, please call 307-638-4466 and make sure you say you are with Bowhunters of Wyoming – this will give you a rate of $91 per night. To be guaranteed a room and this rate, please make reservations prior to February 20, 2019. Reservations after Feb 20th will be taken if there are rooms available, and the rate may be higher. Please remember that the number of rooms booked with the Red Lion for our convention is what gives BOW the convention facilities at no charge, which is a substantial savings to BOW.

6:00pm- Banquet, silent and live auctions, awards, contests, and guest speaker Wayne Carlton!  You must pre-register for the banquet.  We need to submit a count to the hotel on March 19th.  The meal charges for adults and youth are as follows: Plated/Served Dinner $40 per adult and $25 per youth (under age 12).  Dinner will be New York steak and garlic parmesan chicken breast with house salad, roasted red potatoes, asparagus with lemon, rolls & butter, carrot cake, and coffee, ice tea and water.

CONVENTION RAFFLES:

BOWTECH FANATIC 3.0 BOW RAFFLE

Tickets are $10 each – if a new membership or a membership renewal in Bowhunters of Wyoming is made at the time of a raffle ticket purchase, the purchaser will receive two additional chances in the raffle for this bow. The bow was designed and made for Multi World Champion Archer Tim Gillingham.  The bow winner may purchase all accessories for the bow at dealer cost with no installation costs added from the archery shop in Rock Springs and Eric Nations.  The drawing for this bow will be held at the Bowhunters of Wyoming Convention on March 23rd, 2019, in Cheyenne, Wyoming – you need not be present to win.  We thank BOWTECH for the donation of this bow.

2019 COMMISSIONER’S LICENSE RAFFLE
Only 400 tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis, with a limit of 10 tickets for each transaction. For each $50 donation, we will email you your ticket numbers issued for the drawing.

We sincerely thank Commissioner Mark Anselmi for providing us with this license.

The license can be issued for elk, deer or antelope in an area of your choice.
It is also transferable or can be used in addition to any tags you draw; for example you may be able to take two elk in one year.

A second prize will be a Yeti Hopper 18 soft side cooler and third prize will be a two
year membership in Bowhunters of Wyoming.

100% of the funds generated will be used for wildlife, habitat or education projects in Wyoming!

The drawing will be held at our annual Convention in Cheyenne, WY on March 23rd, 2019 – you need not be present to win.

This license is valid only for the specific region or specific hunt area as designated by the successful raffle winner. In addition, once the Commissioner License is issued, the specific region or specific hunt area shall not be changed.  The elk areas 75 and 79, which are located within Grand Teton National Park, also require a Special Park Permit issued by the US Park Service in addition to a Wyoming Game and Fish elk hunting license. Elk hunting licenses cannot be utilized in these areas without
this Park Permit. Their Park Permits are only issued on the basis of receiving an elk license through the Game and Fish Department’s limited quota drawings. These licenses are not issued through a limited quota drawing; therefore, applicants should not bid on a
Commissioner’s License if their intent is to hunt elk in Grand Teton National Park.

YETI COOLER

Tundra 50 Yeti Cooler with roto-molded UV resistant shell (2 of polyurethane foam insulation), freezer type gasket & positive-locking rubber T-latches. Keeps ice longer and has a BOW sticker imprinted on it. Cooler purchased and donated by the BOW Executive Council Members.
